Led by world-famous chef and Melbourne’s Michelin-starred restauranteur Curtis Stone and overseen daily by Gwen co-owner Luke Stone, guests can enjoy either a two-course lunch or three-course dinner from Stone’s curated menu, matched with premium wines carefully selected from the Yarra Valley and beer from local Victorian breweries. In collaboration with Dean & McPherson, the 120-seat restaurant will be open from Saturday 7 December through to the final day of competition on Sunday 15 December. In an Australian first, Stone will bring his Los Angeles-based eatery to the 2019 Presidents Cup, where ticketholders who secure a booking will experience Stone’s European-style specialty butcher shop and fine dining restaurant in a one-of-a-kind venue at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club.
